Alpha Theta was recolonized in Spring of 2006 with the help of David Rosengrant, Paul Turchin, and the Alpha Iota Chapter, Montclair State University. They welcomed the Tau class at the end of the Fall 2006 semester, and Upsilon in 2007. Today we are continuously working to strengthen the Chapter and serve the Rutgers community.  In addition, provide the same dedication to service throughout the New Brunswick area, as well as globally.

Our Purpose

In carrying out the National Fraternity, Phi Sigma Pi shall strive to personify and encourage three ideals:

1) The acquisition and dissemination of information and knowledge through Scholarship
2) The application of professional skills and the fostering of Leadership qualities.
3) The fostering of non-discriminatory, fraternal Fellowship within Phi Sigma Pi's ranks.

Phi Sigma Pi shall constantly endeavor to make these ideals dynamic in the lives of Phi Sigma Pi's Members.
